I placed an order and have not received a tracking number.

Where is my item shipping from?

We utilize our store in Rhode Island and the various warehouses throughout the country that our brands ship from. Items may ship from both locations depending on inventory.

Are you still a Helly Hansen store?

We are formerly a Helly Hansen store, as of 1/1/25 we re-branded to Big Weather Gear. We sell multiple brands in our store now such as Musto, Huk, Grundens, The North Face, Outdoor Research, Stio, Smartwool, PrAna, Mountain Hardwear, and more! We outfit groups and teams in Helly Hansen as well as sell Helly Hansen on our website and Amazon.

Do you ship internationally?

We ship to select international countries. International shipping may take up to four weeks. Duties are paid for by the customers upon package delivery. International return shipping is paid for by the customer.

What items are covered under warranty?

We follow the warranty programs based on brand. If you think your product qualifies for a warranty, you will need to go directly through the brand of your product and follow their warranty process.

If I purchased something on BigWeatherGear, can I return it to the Newport store?

Yes. All items, except final sale items, may be returned or exchanged in our store in Newport. Please note the exact item you are exchanging for may not be in our store- but we can always check if the item can be ordered and shipped.
